Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Datuk Naim Abu Bakar berkata, Rosyam atau nama sebenarnya Mohd. Noor Shamsuddin, 46, dan Kim Swee, 43, dianugerahkan Darjah Mulia Seri Melaka (DMSM) manakala Ramli, 61, menerima DMSM Kehormat.
Menurutnya, ketiga-tiga individu berkenaan antara 901 penerima darjah, bintang dan pingat kebesaran negeri Melaka yang akan berlangsung di Dewan Seri Negeri, Ayer Keroh di sini pada hari ini, Ahad dan 24 Oktober ini."
